John G. Drozdal, Ed.D., is Principal Consultant and President of The Drozdal Company. Dr. Drozdal, graduated from Princeton University with a BA in Social Psychology, and he holds an MA and MBA from The University of Minnesota. He completed his Ed.D. at The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. John is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the American Association of Psychological Type, and is a MBTI © Certified Professional. He is certified in the use of both the Mobius Communication Model© and the Mobius Model Instrument© (MMI ©). He is well versed in the use of the FIRO-B ©, as well as other experiential tools and techniques. John has authored numerous proprietary case studies for client management development programs. Since 1988, Dr. Drozdal has served as adjunct faculty in the Executive MBA Program in the College of Business at The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

What makes John unique among consultants is that in addition to his credentials in the field of organizational development, he is also formally trained in business principles and has more than 15 years of experience as a practicing manager in both the public and private sectors prior to starting The Drozdal Company.
